PT Freezer Helper (PTFH) is a macOS utility designed to streamline the track archiving workflow in Avid Pro Tools®. It connects directly to Pro Tools® via the PTSL (Pro Tools® Scripting Language) API and lets you inspect, sort, filter, and send batch-freeze or unfreeze tracks commands to the opened session.

On first launch, the PT Freezer Helper enters a 14-day full-featured demo mode. All features are available during the demo period. The number of remaining days is displayed in the license window. Click Continue in Demo to proceed to the main window.

PT Freezer Helper requires a valid license after the trial period. On first launch, the app enters Demo Mode, which allows full use of all features with a limited number of markers. To activate a full license:
Launch PT Freezer Helper
When prompted, enter your license key in the activation dialog
Click Activate — the app will verify the key and unlock all features
